Wahoo Fitness ELEMNT ROAM GPS Bike Computer
The ELEMNT ROAM is the latest bike computer in the ELEMNT line from Wahoo. The ROAM is easy to use with the free accompanying smartphone app (the ELEMNT Companion App) to adjust your settings, configure training schedules and pair sensors. You can save your data from previous rides and easily sync your workouts to apps you use for training. The screen is made from the reliable Gorilla Glass, you see the bright colours on a 2.7" screen that makes it easier than ever for you to see your data and route during your ride. You can also turn on phone calls, messages and email notifications during your ride (or turn it off by turning on 'do not disturb' mode).

Navigate to a saved location or a point on the map directly on ELEMNT ROAM. The most direct route is displayed and you are automatically guided back to your original route, should you deviate for any reason. But ROAM offers more. The ROAM includes an ambient light sensor that automatically turns the screen backlight on or off and adjusts the brightness of the screen and LEDs as light conditions change, both indoors and out. The quick-look LEDs allow you to measure your strength, heart rate, and speed in a clear and fast manner, and to receive route instructions. Zooming in and out is easy with buttons on the side that allow you to overview the data with just a simple touch. The bike computer also features an integrated outer mount which gives the ROAM a slim appearance. The ROAM interface includes several new Smart Navigation features that can be accessed directly on the computer, including:
- Get Me Started - Navigates cyclists to the start of their route.
- Back on Track - Navigates cyclists back to the route when they take a wrong turn
- Take Me To - Cyclists can select a location on their ROAM using the new zoom in and out feature and get directions to that location
- Saved Locations - Easy routes to locations saved on the ROAM
- Route to Start - Find the shortest route back to your starting point
- Retrace Route - Easily turn around during your route to the starting point using the original route
