1. First, wipe the pan clean with a paper towel.
2. Then gently rub the bottom of the pan with the Windmill Chain Mail Scrubber, ensuring not to press too hard but lightly glide over the surface, and the pan will be ready for use again.
If you have stuck-on food residue, it’s important to work a little more thoroughly.
1. Rinse the pan with hot water first, then gently go over it with the Windmill Chain Mail Scrubber.
2. Once the surface is clean, dry the pan thoroughly and heat it up to let the water evaporate. Once the moisture has fully evaporated, turn the heat up higher and add a thin layer of conditioner to begin the seasoning process.
3. Preheat the oven or BBQ to around 180-200 degrees Celsius.
4. When the pan starts to smoke, let it cool down, and it will be ready for use again.
