Q: Will this feeder work with larger kibble sizes?
A: The grain size applicable to our products is 2-15mm / 0.07-0.6in in diameter. Larger kibble may get stuck at the food outlet.
Q: How long will the desiccant bag work?
A: It is recommended to change the desiccant bag every 15 days to prevent mold growth.
Q: Can it run on battery power only without the power plug, or is the battery only for backup in case the power goes out?
A: To avoid sudden power outage and the feeding of your pet being affected, do not use the batteries as the only source to power the feeder. The batteries can only be used as an emergency plan. When the feeder is powered only by batteries, the WiFi function, record button, and reset button would be disabled to extend the working time, and the meal schedules will be carried out normally.

A: The machine only works with dry food.

A: This Automatic Cat Feeder can hold 3/5 liters of dry food, making it suitable for cats and small to medium dogs. You can even use it to feed rabbits, squirrels, guinea pigs, or birds.

A: The grain size applicable to our products is 2-10mm / 0.07-0.4in in diameter, and please fill it with dry pet food only.
Q: What is the maximum number of times food can come out per meal?
A: Up to 50 portions per meal.
Q: How much volume is in each portion?
A: Each portion is about 20ml/10g, which is approximately 1/12 cup.
Q: How many cups does it dispense a day?
A: 1 portion is 0.08 cup. With 50 servings (4 cups) per meal and up to 6 meals each day, the total is 24 cups.
Q: How long will the desiccant bag work?
A: Replace them every two weeks.

A: Yes, it can run on battery power alone, but we recommend using it together with the power plug so that the feeder can continue to work during power failures or when the battery is dead.

A: It is made of high-quality ABS material, and it is BPA-free.
Q: Can I keep the fountain plugged all day every day?
A: Yes, you can. Just keep an eye on the water level so you can add water as needed.
Q: Does the water run continuously or does it automatically shut off after a while?
A: The water continuously runs. You have to unplug it to turn it off. But it is really quiet, and you can't even tell it's on.
Q: Am I required to use the filter if I already have pure water that will be used in the water fountain?
A: One of the reasons you need the filter is because your pet will be drinking from it, and the water is recycled through the filter to keep it clear of debris such as pet fur and pet saliva.
