Note: this Apple MultiPort adapter only works for devices with a USB-C port. An iPhone and normal iPad have a Lightning port, not a USB-C port. This adapter will not work, use a Lightning adapter. A MacBook before 2016 does not have a USB-C port, but a Thunderbolt / Mini DisplayPort, use a Thunderbolt / Mini DisplayPort adapter. When in doubt, contact us! We are happy to help.
